Q: Will my tickets be shipped or do I have to pick them up?
A: For purchases made within the U.S. you have the option of pick-up or delivery, up until December 26th, after which pick-up will be the only option. For international purchases, your only option is pick-up. All tickets may be picked-up on December 30th between 6pm and 10pm at your venue.
Q: Do I need a physical ticket to enter Times Square and/or the event?
A: Yes, without your ticket or pass you may be denied access. Only people attending events or staying at hotels within Times Square will be allowed within the Times Square area once Police barricades are in place.
Q: When are Police barricades put in place?
A: Normally some time during the night / early morning (December 30th into the 31st).
Q: Do I have access to Times Square?
A: Yes, only people attending events or staying at hotels within Times Square will be allowed within the Times Square area once Police barricades are in place (you must have a physical ticket or pass).
Q: Can I reserve a spot within Times Square?
A: No, no one including individuals, event organizers, or businesses can reserve a location within Times Square. Standing location is based on a first come basis.
Q: Can I be denied access or be moved from my location?
A: Yes, the New York City Police Department has ultimate and final say over all crowd control efforts.
Q: Where are the police security checkpoints and barricades placed?
A: The New York City Police Department lets it be known where some of the access points and barricade locations will be on the Times Square Alliance website (www.timessquarenyc.org). Other locations may not be posted for security purposes.
Q: Do all tickets grant you access to Primary Bar & Lounge?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I come and go as I please from Primary Bar or AOKI Lounge?
A: Yes.
Q: If I arrive late to my scheduled dinner seating will I still be seated?
A: Your meal is guaranteed, but you may be seated at a different time or location. This will be at managements discretion based on volume.
Q: Are there any age limits I should be aware of?
A: Yes, 21 and over for Primary Bar and AOKI Lounge.
Q: Is there a dress code?
